Volunteers Role and Policies
FOSTER ESTATES SWIM TEAM IS A VOLUNTEER RUN ORGANIZATION!
We appreciate the enthusiasm our parents bring to the team every summer. Thanks for your participation!
All FEST families are required to work 4 shifts. If you are unsure where to volunteer, just do your best to choose a role you think you can fulfill & the volunteer coordinators will adjust as needed.
**Families with swimmers age 6 and under only are exempt from volunteer shifts, but they do have to fulfill 4 donations for Fun Fridays or the concession stand.
Volunteer shifts can be changed up to the end of the first week. After that you must contact the volunteer coordinators to make changes at [email protected]
If you are new to the sport of swimming, you might prefer to choose roles such as timer, runner, ribbons, or concessions.
Volunteers should check-in 30 minutes prior to start time with the Volunteer Coordinators. All meet shifts are for the entire length of the meet unless noted otherwise.
